ASSESSMENT
The Hallmark of the HIT FIT program is the determination of VO2 max, anaerobic threshold, balance, strength, body composition and many other parameters by using the most sophisticated equipment in the world.
Assessment tests include:
•
Cardiopulmonary Test (VO2 Max):
Establishes target heart rate for exercise.
•
Hit Fit Evaluation:
Measures Strength balance and body composition. Establish goals.
HIGH INTENSITY TRAINING
The HIT FIT high intensity fitness training program fills the gap between the Lighten-Up client and the Speed-Up athlete. The Exercise prescription derived from the Hit Fit Evaluation allows us to customize your training to meet your specific objectives. This program is truly the best of both worlds: A goal oriented training plan combined with the High Intensity Training methods we offer the world class athlete.
REASSESSMENT
Clients appreciate the Hit Fit Evaluation program as it constantly monitors and serves as the basis for adjustment as fitness improves. Upon completion of the Hit Fit program you will retake the Hit Fit Evaluation. This allows us to document your improvement and evaluate the overall increase in your athletic fitness level.

Client Comments
The HIT Center has been a saving grace for me. When I went away to college I gained a lot of weight. Actually I went to 2 colleges and I think I gained the freshmen 15 at both. I wasn’t used to having to work out on my own and no coach yelling at me to run everyday. By the time I finished school at Gainesville in December, I was at my all time low and very depressed about my appearance. My dad told me about the HIT Center because my brother started working out there for football. He knew I needed to get on a program and someone to push me. I have now been at the HIT Center for over a year and I am so sad to leave. I have lost some weight, I feel great and I am ready to go out on my own. I have made so many friends at the HIT who have become like my second family and I would like to say thank you to them for helping me.
