The Speed Up protocols impress the highest-level athlete and relieve the parent's frustrations that often come from getting short-changed in the sports camp environment. Instead, HIT Centers provide individual and group training (up to six athletes) with exercise scientists who have undergraduate and graduate degrees in exercise physiology and related fields.
ATHLETIC ABILITY ASSESSMENT (AAA)
Our “ Olympic-class” training and testing facility determines an athlete’s current and potential athletic abilities. From the AAA we develop a training program designed for each individual.
Assessment tests include:
• 20 yard sprint
• 20 yard shuttle
• Body composition
• 3 Cone test
• Broad jump
• Balance test
• Foot speed
• Vertical leap
• Bench press max
• Leg power
HIGH INTENSITY TRAINING
• Individualized sport and position specific training
• Athletes of all levels
• Improve all components of athletic performance
• Group training up to six athletes

The HIT Center has individualized sport and position specific training for all levels of athletes. From The junior high level all the way to the professional level. We have a program that is designed to improve all components of athletic performance.
REASSESSMENT
Speed Up is proven to produce measureable performance increases and scientifically enhances:

• Bat and arm speed
• Running technique

• Acceleeration
• Reaction time
We have developed an exclusive database that shows the athlete’s strengths and weaknesses after completing the final athletic ability assessment. The BaseHIT database also shows each athlete’s individual improvements. With every new AAA, the BaseHIT database is routinely being updated.
