High Intensity Training Boot Camp
Boot Camp training often combines dynamic stretching, running, interval training, lifting heavy objects, short sprints, and many other exercises using weights and body weight to lose body fat, increase cardiovascular efficiency, increase strength, and help people get into a routine of regular exercise. The HIT Fit Boot Camp Program offers nutrition counseling and assessments done through our Human Performance Lab.
At the HIT you will be challenged to reach your personal best on all levels. These boot camps are not a simple walk in the park.
Group Dynamic With Personal Feel
Boot camps provide social support for those taking part. This provides a different environment for those exercising who get bored in a gym, and so find it hard to develop a steady habit of exercise. Participants in the HIT Fit Boot Camp Program at the HIT Center, have the opportunity to develop a sense of camaraderie and friendship with fellow Boot Campers, allowing you to socialize as you exercise.
